What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Well…it depends on what kind of products you are ordering. There are three kinds of products on Rigal. Products sold and fulfilled by Rigal. Products sold by sellers and fulfilled by Rigal. Products sold and fulfilled by sellers. You can identify products of first two categories either by an “ R fulfilled” (meaning Rigal fulfilled) label or a “prime” label. The last category products contain neither. They just read sold and fulfilled by “xyz” seller on the product description page..

How long will delivery take?

Shipping Time inside U.S 7 – 20 Days

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there.
